Studi ini mengkaji integrasi nilai-nilai sufi dan pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai model transformatif untuk memberdayakan santri migran di Kuala Lumpur. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif—melalui observasi, wawancara dengan tokoh masyarakat dan santri, dan analisis dokumentasi—penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kolaborasi antara STIS Abu Zairi dan Komunitas Indonesia-Malaysia dalam membina pemberdayaan spiritual dan ekonomi. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa pendampingan berbasis Sufi, dzikir, dan pelatihan moral meningkatkan kesadaran dan disiplin spiritual, sementara program kewirausahaan tentang bisnis halal, literasi keuangan, dan pengembangan usaha mikro memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi. Integrasi ini membangun model pendidikan holistik yang menyatukan integritas moral dengan kompetensi praktis. Selain itu, mempromosikan kohesi sosial di kalangan migran Indonesia dan menampilkan pesantren sebagai model pendidikan Islam berbasis karakter. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa menggabungkan etika Sufi dengan pembelajaran kewirausahaan menawarkan kerangka kerja yang berkelanjutan untuk memberdayakan diaspora Muslim di lingkungan multikultural
