Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements

  • The manuscript must be original, unpublished work, and not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • The manuscript should be written in clear and grammatically correct English or Indonesian, using academic language.

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

  • The text should be formatted in 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced (1.5 or 2.0), with standard margins (1 inch or 2.54 cm on all sides).

  • The maximum length of the manuscript is between 6,000 and 8,000 words (including tables, figures, and references).

2. Manuscript Structure The manuscript should be organized in the following order:

  • Title: Concise, informative, and accurately reflecting the content of the article (maximum 15 words). Avoid unconventional abbreviations.

  • Author Names and Affiliations: Provide the full names of all authors without academic titles. Include the full institutional affiliations and the email address of the corresponding author.

  • Abstract and Keywords: The abstract should be a single paragraph (150-250 words) covering the background, objectives, methods, main results, and conclusion. Include 3-5 keywords below the abstract.

  • Introduction: Explain the background of the study, relevant literature review, research gap/novelty, and the objectives of the research.

  • Methods: Detail the research design, participants/materials, data collection procedures, and data analysis so that the study can be replicated.

  • Results: Present the findings clearly and logically. Tables and figures should be relevant and cited in the text.

  • Discussion: Interpret the results, connect them to existing theories or previous studies, and highlight the implications and limitations of the study.

  • Conclusion: Briefly summarize the main findings that address the research objectives. Do not include citations or references in this section.

  • Acknowledgments (Optional): Acknowledge individuals or institutions that provided significant financial or technical support.

  • Conflict of Interest Statement: Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest related to the research.

  • References: Must be formatted according to the APA Style 7th Edition. The use of reference management software (such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote) is highly recommended.

3. Ethics and Plagiarism Policy All submitted manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism check using similarity detection software (e.g., Turnitin). The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
